Dr. Rini Abraham, MD

Would not take me as a patient because two other doctors that I have seen over the years in their office have misdiagnosed me and she will not take me as a patient after a friend recommended saying she is fantastic. Will not recommend GASTNJ to anyone ever . Worst doctors ever

Excellent Dr. She cares about her patients and takes time to explain results and condition of your health.Her staff is also friendly and professional, they follow up on your results and appointments. I feel Blessed to have Dr. Ring Abraham as my Gastroenterologist. I Highly recommend Dr Abraham.

Doctor was so patience, explained clearly about the problem.

Dr. Rini Abraham has been very caring and professional Gastroenterologist. She performed a colonoscopy on me recently and explained everything in detail before and after the procedure. I was a high risk patient due to my Sleep Apnea; and I was put at ease. She has called me at my home after hours to follow-up on my concerns. I thought that Dr. Feit was excellent, who is scheduled to retire soon, but Dr. Abraham is outstanding. I have recommended her to my many friends. She is extremely knowledgeable and I have total trust in her.

Poor customer service and care. I'm extremely disappointed that after having a procedure I couldn't even get the courtesy or respect of a response to my question and concern. I both messaged the doctor in the patient portal and then followed up several days later with a phone call to the office only to have to follow up again the next week with another phone call and to still be waiting over two weeks later for a response. That's obviously not a physician that is really concerned or cares about her patients and not one I could trust or respect who doesn't even provide the decency or respect enough for her patients to follow up after a procedure and address an important concern or question. Communication is just as important as and in my opinion is/should be synonymous with care. If I can't get questions answered and am treated as if I don't have any importance and am simply to be ignored it is unacceptable, particularly when my health and life could depend on it.

Dr. Abraham is so helpful and caring, I'm so happy I she is my Doctor. She really got to the bottom of my issues and is always available when I have questions or concerns. I particularly like the convenience of the use of the patient portal.

I have been to Dr. Abraham twice - once for a colonoscopy and most recently following emergency surgery for a perforated stomach ulcer. Both times she listened patiently to my concerns and is quick to make appropriate recommendations.

Because of her, I've been on a path to fix my issues. She is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever had. She's brilliant and caring and knows what she is doing. She also always looks to make things as easy as possible for the patient, whether it comes down to money or to procedures -- she always takes the patient's concerns into account as a priority.

Excellent and warm communication style

Dr. Abraham has a wonderful bedside manner-she was very sincere and easy to talk to. She answered all the questions I had in terms I understood. Since I do not have health insurance, she was very helpful and recommended a reasonably priced facility for s follow-up test.

Dr Abraham is a very good doctor and has a very good bedside manner.

While the doctor seems knowledgeable and friendly, she seems more concerned with her hospital rotations than everyday patients. The staff is dysfunctional and routinely screws up without taking responsibility. If you're looking for someone with a flexible schedule and easy to work with, this isn't the practice. You're basically paying for the experience and connections.
