Dr. Menor is one of the best doctors I've seen ever. I always see him personally, his staff is so friendly and helpful. He takes the time to listen and address each and every issue I have. I feel he really takes the time to know a patient and their needs. It's easy to make appointments online and by calling. I am so glad I switched to Dr. Menor two years ago.

He is my PCP and I rarely see him. Instead, I get shuffled from temp to temp, never having my problems addressed. He looked at a record from 2.5 years ago and acted like it had just happened 6 months before. Very unfortunate, as we pay a lot in health insurance. We only keep our same insurance because we like our daughter's doctor and want to keep her following a serious medical issue my dd suffered. Next year....time to change!
