Had a lot of problems getting treatment for growing meni gioma at UC health until 9 mo's later Dr medel got me an angio and help which resulted in finding not only one but two meningiomas after doing an angiogram help at UC health ER in boulder is disgusting but Dr Medela is the saving grace and if you want a really great Dr that cares about his patients and gets them help..he is it Julie his asst is great too five stars plus for a great Doc

Dr. Medel performed deep brain stimulation surgery on my husband and we were 100% satisfied with every step of the process. Although DSB surgery has become fairly common, it is a multi-step process that includes coordination with the surgeon, neurologist and the neuropsychologist. Dr. Medel and his staff were friendly, professional, informative, and extremely cooperative each step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Medel

Medel was chosen through the VA to treat a service connected injury I had sustained. Medel is very reluctant in explaining his diagnosis with patiences & gives the impression that you are a waste of his time. My appointments with him have been frequently cut short & even cancelled by his office at the last minute because of other calls. And even after him performing surgery, my symptoms have only increased and I am currently looking for another Dr to correct what the VA already paid him to fix.
