Anesthesia was fine. Billing was beyond terrible!
Dr. Rubin provided anesthesia services to me in January, 2024. The services themselves were fine. The trouble started 11 months later when I received an $880.00 bill from his billing service. The Medicare claim had been denied because the billing service, Ventra Heath, submitted the claim incorrectly. I've now spent many hours of my own time trying to get them to correct their mistake to no avail. They are absolutely worthless and incompetent.Additionally it is impossible to contact Dr. Rubin's office for help since he apparently doesn't even have an office nor a real phone number. Beyond maddening and frustrating!!!
