The doctor asked questions and was attentive when listening. He asked about changes he wanted to make and included me in decisions.

Terrible Doctor
The worst professional I have ever seen. Whistles when I was trying to ask questions. Slams on desk while I was trying to comment on my history with prescription from previous doctor. Refused to refill prescription.

The doctor is really good at taking time to discuss my treatment and explain it, and answer all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the care I receive.

Unbelievable
As of today there are 16 1 star reviews and i agree with all 4 written reviews. Saturdays Night Live couldn’t have written a more exaggerated script of a dismissive, unwelcoming, ignore what you say doctor. By the end I was actually laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. Lucky for us we have another doctor to go to but I worry for people like my mother, nieces, anyone hurting or with no other options.

Besides the world-renowned specialist in Houston, and contrary to what Dr. Reynolds would have you believe, he knew more about Multiple Sclerosis than any other Doctor (especially neurologists) I have seen in the past 33 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. HE LISTENED TO ME! He explained what test he would like to have done and why. He explained what various results would mean for me. When some troubling results appeared, he contacted my PCP immediately. (Besides, he has a fantastic smile that puts you at ease immediately, AND his eyes TWINKLE!!!) Best appointment I've had anywhere with anyone in a long time.

I've been seeing neurologists for at least 15 years and he's the first one to recommend an MRI. I appreciated his thorough work and that he didn't just throw drugs at a problem. I liked him a lot.

I felt like he knew nothing about my case and was not interested in learning about it. Very rude and short. I will not be seeing him again!

Terrible Doctor
Zero compassion. Bedside manner is terrible. Zero explanation of anything. Strange noises and humming throughout. Clearly not interested in seeing his patients as human beings.

Do not waste your time with this individual. BSW required a referral from another doctor, not sure why. We did not return after second visit. NO follow up from BSW.
