Our experience with Dr. Siegel was not good. He amputated an infected toe and, within a few weeks, had to amputate another toe. The problem was that the infection continued and never improved, resulting in having to amputate the foot. The wound was left open for far too long, and we should have been sent to a specialist. The amputation was skillfully done by another doctor, whom we still go to for maintaining everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Siegel's when he first started his practice. I made an appointment a week and a half ago. I was told Dr. Siegel was in only on certain days and times. I made the appointment with my calendar in my lap. I made certain my appointment was the day, date and time the staff said. When I arrived at the office I was told my appointment was 2 days later. I went home and confirmed what day was written on the calendar. I had to make other arrangements for my granddaughter to be taken to school so consequently I was very disappointed. I don't believe it was my mistake. Unfortunately, I won't be seeing Dr. Siegel any time soon His staff made sure of that.

Dr. Rick Siegel and his staff are one of the few, honest, caring physician's left. Dr Siegel truly cares about his patient's health, recovery, and future stability of each patients individual needs. Dr. Siegel's staff is excellent, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your visit at their office. If you schedule an appointment with Dr. Siegel, be prepared to wait a very long time. I waited much longer than the normal 10-15 minutes normal wait time. Fact it was over an hour to be called, not seen by the doctor, just called to the treatment room where I had to wait even longer
