Bad Experience
Made annual wellness exam with new primary care dr. When I arrived I was told there was $25 copay. I told receptionist there isnt with united healthcare for annual wellness. Eventually paid since already there and thought I would hash it out with insurance co. later. Call ins. co. a few weeks later and find out he billed for preventive care AND office visit. He is not supposed to do that unless he addresses and performs a service for a SIGNIFICANT medical problem. Since english is my wifes 2nd language I sat in with her during office visit with doctor. At no time did my wife complain of any medical problem. In fact she said she felt good, walked 2 miles a day, did yoga, ate good diet. Also in bill he said he gave her a mental evaluation. HUH?? Asked for and got referral for mammogram and blood work and left. Called and someone mentioned since first visit he 'needed to get to know her'. Its in the hands of insurance co. now but I would be very careful of using this office for anything.

I love the extra care!
First of, I love that Dr. Richmond takes all precaution, care and time on my treatments. He makes sure that the care I get is what I need best to achieve my skin care goals. The treatments are very well explained to me. He takes time to answer my questions and I ask a lot! Also, I really appreciate their flexibility with the schedule. The clinic is divinely clean and very chic. I keep coming back!

Great experience! Great staff!
My visit turned out wonderful!! Dr Ramirez is great!! He was very kind and understanding from the very first visit. I wasn’t looking for a primary care provider but for a second opinion. He was very helpful with making sure I understood my options for my treatment and left it up to me to decide. His staff was very accommodating with everything I needed. Jeff the Practice Manager is amazing! Very thorough and super helpful! Safe to say, I will be switching primary care. Definitely recommend!!

Knowledgeable and caring
Dr Ramirez is such a good provider. It’s clear he is passionate about medicine and his patients. He’s so knowledgeable and takes the time to understand and answer all my concerns and questions. I never feel rushed like he’s just trying to get to his next patient, which is often the case with other providers in this town. His bedside manner is so nice and calm. He also talked about new research that he’s recently read, which seems like he really tries to stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare. I’m so glad to have found a primary care Dr that I can trust.

Highly Recommend!!
As a trans patient, it can be hard to find a PCP that is accepting and understanding of the nuances of care when it comes to treating trans patients. Dr. Ramirez has been fantastic to work with in every way. After searching for a PCP in Vegas for quite some time that fit my needs, I’m super grateful to have found Dr. Ramirez and the fantastic people who work at his office.

I really like Dr R. Ramirez
Great experience! From the time I made the appointment and showed up for my weekend visit his staff was very kind and considerate. Dr Ramirez himself was very thorough and insightful. He actually listened and heard what I was saying. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Dr Ramirez!

ZERO LISTENING SKILLS
ZERO listening skills. Condescending, demeaning, challenging, rude, dismissive. No prescription medical skills. If this is what you are seeking, then you've found the right doc for you. The worst experience of my life with a primary provider. The worst!

Dr. Ramirez has no bedside manner whatsoever. His behavior toward me was condescending and rude. He threatened to 'have someone come and take [me] to the psych hospital' during an appointment when he had no grounds to do so. Avoid him, he is very unprofessional.

Awful doctor. He decreased my meds when they were helping me. He wanted me to go cold turkey off a helpful medication. Hey buddy, you are the doctor, not the patient. He doesn't even know how to treat people. He doesn't care. His approach on psych meds is the worst approach. I can't believe this guy even has a job. Don't go to him!
