He is the best physician I have ever been to. My husband recently passed away. Dr. Y was compassionate, caring, loving, & supportive to both of us these past 17 years. Dr. Y listened to me and responded intelligently and compassionately. He spoke of my health choices in terms of a whole life, not just of what pill will mask what symptom (like most other doctors). This was very refreshing. He spent the time needed with me, no rushing. I was very pleased with our time spent together.

I had heard only good things about Dr. Yamamoto from friends and it was all justified. I only saw him once, when my doctor was unavailable, but he was excellent. I recommended him to my son, who is on ACA insurance. He has seen Dr. Yamamoto several times and is very pleased with his kindness, knowledge, and recommendations. In this practice the doctors back each other up and also have very good nurse practitioners so if you can't get into a doctor urgently you can still get good treatment.

I had all the confidence that he would be a great doctor to see but after the first visit he kept getting ruder and less friendly and helpful. He actually boasted to me that he was the best doctor ever to see! That became a disappointment quickly. Ego has no place in a doctor's demeanor and if he can't back up his statements with quality and professional care than he is of little use to his patients, of which he has lost many of late because of this attitude. So sad.
