This Dr is caring and knowledgeable. He is very understanding and I would never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Wilson is a little eccentric, but he legitimately cares about his patients. I had unexplained pain and my prior doctors were having trouble figuring out how to manage it. Dr. Wilson started with how they were medicating me and tried different amounts until he found what worked without putting me on narcotics. I feel better than I've felt in years. He doesn't accept credit cards, but cash and check are fine. Sometimes he doesn't spend much time with patients, but his treatment worked.

Dr. Wilson is the only doctor that was able to help me. He is the one to see when you have been to UVA and did not get the proper treatment. I am one of those cases that was seriously hurt at an older age (61), was sent in ambulance to UVA, was operated on by what was said to be the best. After a year of going to the UVA dr once a month and getting an X-ray and no changes, my pain had kept me from walking much.There is no cure. Dr. Wilson got me functional and riding a bike & limited hiking.
