As many others said, and I concur. He comes in extremely hurried, ask a few questions, and before you can answer he's almost out the door! I ended up offering him my own advise, and he said "yeah, that might be right?" He put tubes in my ear that punched all the way through the eardrum. Painful and ridiculously armature. One fell out in a few days, the other had to be removed and re inserted from one of the other doctors as I would never go back to him. I've been around long enough to know when I see a professional versus an incompetent. And he is definitely the latter. Another ridiculous he and all of the doctors there do is they ALWAYS want you to have their hearing test, even though nothing has changed and has no bearing on the issue. I'm sure its just to jack up the insurance payments as it is useless. Same diagnosis, buy some expensive ear drops that don't work, vacuum the ear, and by the time you get home, no change.

Will not “publicly” give details but, I do not recommend Dr. Weir. (If you must use him, be sure you know exactly what he is going to do to your Veteran family member with PTSD, BEFORE, you sign “THE CONSENT TO TREAT” document, as the “due disclosure” of the Veterans’ mental condition, in my opinion, appeared to have meant nothing to him or his staff). His bed side manner was seriously lacking as well.

He was terrible. He didn’t listen. He asked questions but didn’t wait for the answer. He did not explain what he was doing or why. He was very rough. He ordered tests I don’t need and prescribed medication that has been proven not to work. He was mean and incompetent.

His staff that books appointments is rude and unhelpful and needs to learn voice etiquette and how to treat paying patients with respect. I will never recommend or try and schedule anything with this practice. Apparently they have no empathy or concern for people. Even with a referral and the best insurance they don’t have time for you. ..........one very upset person struggling for weeks now with fluid and infection behind both ears

My sister has a severe ear infection and went to him after seeing 2 other drs. One was treating her with antibiotics and after going to Dr. Weir , who took her off antibiotics and told her she had tmj , she wasn't getting better and so she went to her regular dr and he said because of the infection that is causing her eardrum to bulge she could possibly lose part of her hearing and she is on 2000mg of antibiotics a day. So I think he might need to retire. He got one star because it won't go any lower

There is no better ENT then Dr. Weir. His rapid response, attention and treatment plan saved my life. He is confident, knowledgeable and has an amazing staff, including his nurse Cascie. She promptly helped fill out FMLA papers so my husband could be with and promptly answered questions when we weren't sure about some of the paperwork I feel the confidence in his work and gives me the reassurance that I am receiving the best care for the journey of complete health that I desire and need.

He comes in and talks for 10 minutes and then leaves so quickly you aren't sure if he is just stepping out or if the consultation is over. Never does he ask if I have any questions or concerns. Does not discuss next steps. I am seeking a second opinion.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, as instructed, but then had to wait 90 minutes past my apt time (2 hrs total wait). Dr Weir was hurried, did not have time for questions and did a poor job of explaining next steps.

Saw Dr. Weir recently. I totally trust his ability to diagnose. Wisdom comes with experience and he is extremely knowledgeable. He was great at listening to my problems and has really helped me with my sinus issues. My GP referred me to this clinic and I am so glad he did because I was having severe pain and Dr. Weir found my issue right away and it is now resolved. The staff here at this clinic were very friendly and caring too. Totally recommend Dr. Weir.

Efficient and direct, but not good at listening. I feel like I could have been mute and our appointments would have gone the same. Being told to try all the things I'd already tried after 2.5 months with chronic sinus pain was annoying, but I understand trying to avoid unnecessary surgery. We eventually reached a solid diagnosis, and the surgery went smoothly and so far seems effective. Good at the medical aspect, bad at the people aspect. Convinced I'm allergic to my cat despite no evidence.

Terrible Doctor. He does not need to be in practice. He does not how know how to diagnose the problem correctly. He didn't know how to diagnose my little two-year-old. I don't think he knows what he's talking about maybe he can deal with little minor ear infections but other than that he is not a real doctor. I will never ever go to him again. He should retire or be sued. I wish I could give him zero stars.
