Cleanliness, friendliness, time spent with patients. You may have to wait a bit, but so will the person behind you in line to see Dr. Vu, because he gives of himself to his patients.

Refill request and charges
My pharmacy has sent seven refill request plus two voice mails. There has been no response from doctors. I have called now three times and still no refill. I am passed two weeks without meds. After my last visit I was charged doubled because I am over 65 and dr Vu did two referrals. I only was in room with the dr less than fifteen minutes. Now on phone for long wait time trying to get a refill on my script. Dr Vu use to be a great dr but now it is all about the dollar and not about the patient. So sad Dr Vu you have changed and not for the better. Stay away so you are not frustrated by the many issues from him and staff.

Very disappointed with this physician or his group
Dr Vu is a kind man(thus the two stars instead of one), but after many years at his practice I am going to have to transfer my care. They are totally disorganized, do not do things in a timely manner or even at all, he has sent orders to the wrong facility, he has not listened to important health concerns of mine, and it seems like he has become very driven by money. Some of the call center reps do not appear to be properly trained, and it doesn't matter if you send one message or multiple messages, many times there is little to no response. I am sorry to write this poor review, but I hope it helps Dr. Vu and his practice to see that they need to go back to caring for patients like they did years ago when they first opened. If they continue on this path I hope people steer clear of this provider and the medical practice altogether.

He took over for Dr O when he passed away. The office is filthy, the people don't care. It's all money. We left when he arrived... still waiting for our health records. Three years and counting. Faxed request 10 times and fight my way thru COVID in the early stage to hand deliver request. STILL NOTHING!!! They can't even handle that. Find someone who cares!

Dr. Vu is kind, competent, and runs an amazing medical practice. His practice was one of the first to offer Covid-19 shots in our area, for those 70 and older -- and you didn't need to be one of his patients.

Great Doctor. However, he always runs late at least 1-2 hours past your appointment time. His office staff is the worst. For example, I recently needed a Doctor's excuse for my work, it took 4 phone calls and a three visits to two different locations to get it!The don't have good customer service and they just don't seem to care. I'm afraid I am going to have to find another provider.

Although I’d heard Dr. Vu was a very kind and likable doctor (all true), I’d also heard rumors from the medical community that he had a poor reputation for running late for his appointments. Sadly, his business practice of double-booking appointments to increase volume and his consistently poor time management skills, which frequently results in appointments running an hour or more late, is patently unprofessional and shows a complete disrespect for his other patient’s time and commitments.

Dr Vu is a great doctor who is worried more about money than his patients. After many years with his office, I left after dealing with a 6 month headache because the doctor couldn't get me in on my scheduled appointment day and I had to reschedule with another doctor in his office. His PA's are mediocre at best. One prescribed a medicine that should never be given to someone who suffers from migraines and one diagnosed my symptoms before he walked into the room.

Dr. Vu is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He diagnosed a detached retina several years ago which likely saved the vision in my right eye. He takes all the time we need to insure my health is excellent. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of medicine which gives me confidence to trust him. I highly recommend him and his practice for anyone who wants the best healthcare.

Dr. Vu is not only a highly trained specialist, he is a very respectful, gentle listener and care giver who seems to enjoy working with older patients like us. He is thorough, gives you a printout of what you discussed each visit, and refers you appropriately to other specialists as needed. We recommend him to all our friends who are new in town or unsatisfied with their old doctors. we are grateful to him for taking Medicare patient, and for opening his after-hours emergency services.

Dr Vu is very knowledgeable and personable. He'll spend as much time with you as he needs until you're both satisfied. That being said, wait times have grown exponentially over the last 3 years. Even for the first 8 AM appointment, expect to wait a while.

Dr. Vu is the best internal medicine doctor I have ever seen. He cares about his patients, is kind, well respected in the community, and takes his time with each patient. At times it can be a long wait, but he takes individual care of the person and doesn't rush through and treat you as a number. I highly recommend him. Also, I have moved two hours north and still make the drive to see Dr. Vu.

I have come to Dr.Vu for the last few years.I liked the quality care so much I travel from Littleton where I live. But this months visit was extremely disappointing.I was running 10 mins late, which I called before leaving home to make sure it was going to be acceptable. When I arrived they took me right away.I was told I had to choose what I wanted to address at this appointment blood work,2nd issue or 3rd issue.I was told by Dr. Vu's assistant that because I was 10 mins late she could only do 1.

Dr Vu's practice may be terribly full, but his knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness make him worth the wait. When our family has needed attention quickly, his associates within the practice have also proved extremely competent. We are fans!

Dr Vu seems like a good doctor but the wait times are unbelievable. They get you out of the lobby and you wait in the exam room. All three visits over the past 2 years I waited for over 2 hours for the doctor to come in. To make matters worse, yesterday he interrupted my exam by taking two phone calls on his cell phone!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Vu?
Dr. Vu appears to be a pretty good doctor, but his policy of making patients go into the office every time we want a prescription re-filled is unreasonable. It smacks of his lack of trust of his patients, perhaps greed, and erring way way way on the side of too much caution. This is not the kind of relationship I seek in a doctor-patient situation. As an example, my previous GP would give me a CIPRO prescription with 3 refills a year for foreign travel - he trusted me, Dr. Vu does not.
