Not thorough
I saw this doctor earlier this year (2022) for upper respiratory problems with an earache. The nurse aide took a covid test and I waited 1/2 hour for them to tell me it was negative. This doctor came in and he said I must have a virus before he examined me. I had to ask him to look in my ears and listen to my lungs. He was in and out within 5-7 minutes and I left with nothing. I eventually went to another doctor after 3 days of seeing this doctor and I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and was prescribed ear drops, cough meds, and an antibiotic. I saw his NP about 5 days prior for a physical and I asked him to review my meds and he did not do this. He was in and out. Terrible doctor.

Have been a patient of Richard Vonderbrink for 13 years and have no complaints. His annual physicals are thorough. The times I went to him for issues I was having he addressed very well. I especially appreciate his promptness, he has always been on time for me-always!

Not sure who deleted my previous reviews, but Dr. Vonderbrink was wrong about every diagnosis he gave me, my husband, and my mother-in-law. No more prescription statin drugs, no more Class A drugs, no more labels for the only box he has to check. He did NOT care or listen to anything I told him. The positive is you can always get an appointment, because he only spends ten minutes per patient.

I looked for quite some time to find a doctor that I felt comfortable with and confident in. It has been years now that Dr. Vonderbrink has been my physician and I would be very unhappy if I had to try and find another doctor. I really can't think of any complaints that I have had!

Dr. Vonderbrink is the most intelligent/knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and caring doctor I have ever entrusted with any of my medical needs. He is the only primary care physician that I want/need for myself and for my family. I am truly so grateful to have such a wonderful doctor! Doesn't get any better; one in a billion. Staff is excellent as well.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Vonderbrink and it has always been EXCELLENT. First of all, we have never had to wait more that 5-10 minutes to be seen (at our appointment time). Then, he has always found and treated all of our health issues very accurately (from a common cold to detecting very early and referring us to a specialist for treatment of a cancer tumor in my wife's abdomen). His staff is friendly and professional.
