Dr. Richard Strulson, DO

He kept looking at his watch while I was trying to discuss a problem I had. The lady with the nose that touches her upper lip and always has a scowl on her face ( no wonder) is rude and nasty. Everyone else there seems nice and helpful. Don’t know what her problem is. Dr. Is retiring at end of yr anyway. I’m getting out. Shame, I thought he genuinely cared for his patients but he’s just pushing you thru.

Dr Strulson Is awesome his staff is so ingorant and incompetent especially the nasty old lady who answer the phone. Unbe;livable that that woman has a job. Nasty is being nice I could say alot more but I am sure it wont be posted. He needs a new staff .

Ignorant !!! He needs to retire. Does not care about lifelong patients. Dropped off paperwork to be filled out for my mother for PACE six times and not once was it filled out and returned.

Dr. Strulson is great; his staff? Not so much. In particular Donna. She doesn’t like to do her job and is a very rude & nasty woman. Every interaction has been unpleasant. I once needed a referral to see a lumbar specialist, which of course she did not complete. Once I get to the specialist’ office and the receptionist informs me of the “missing” referral, she offers to call Strulson’s office herself to get the referral I need. Donna picks up, and snaps “he hasn’t been here in 8mos!” As if there wasn’t an epidemic. The Rothman receptionist and Donna have a back and forth, finally Donna sends the referral. And that’s just one story. I’ll be finding a new primary because Donna is so disrespectful.
