He told me I urgently needed to have a biopsy of a suspicious black spot under the nail. Day of procedure he removed sides of my nail. I called and asked about the results of biopsy and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently he forgot to do it and didn't want to admit it. I went in person and called many times trying to get my records to see if there is anything about biopsy and they have refused to give them to me or discuss whether he did or didn't do biopsy.
