Rude office staff
Erica at the front desk was so rude . I had to pick up something and apparently she doesn’t know how to multitask and I waited my turn . She ignored me at first and then I said again excuse me not sure if you heard me . Then she said what am I supposed to drop everything I’m doing . I said you littler just have to each over behind you and it’s right there what I’m here to pick up . She was rude to every single person that walked in the door. I’m not sure if she is new but all the reviews I saw about this office said the same thing the office staff is terrible and they are correct . The doctor is very nice but when you have an office staff who is rude . It’s terrible

Very impressed
It takes a lot for me to be impressed, but I certainly was impressed today when we had our first appointment with Dr. Seidelman. He was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. These traits can also be attributed to his staff. My husband has a complicated lung condition, and Dr. Seidelman's advice left us leaving the office knowing we are now in good hands.

EXTREMELY NASTY man. Everytime I asked a question he responded with "I'm the doctor - understand?". As though I was contradicting him. Never went back.

Extremely nasty attitude
The apt was scheduled one month in advance , had to wait one hour to see that to after complaining, the dr was not polite , rushed and, not willing to listen , hardly spend 5 mins , rushed his diagnosis and blamed everything on his staff . Very poor and pathetic attitude .

Incompetent office staff
After waiting months to get to see the doctor I was turned away at the reception desk saying that my insurance is not covered. I spoke with his staff prior to my visit and they said that there were no issues with the insurance whatsoever and just to come in. I’ve been trying to recover from Covid pneumonia for six months now suffering and I cannot tell you the disappointment that I felt Being dismissed like a peasant at his front reception desk. Now I need to spend another couple months waiting for a consultation from another pulmonologist. Patients can die from lack of care with such disregard for their health! Shame on you!

Dr. Seidelman has saved my life twice, in 2015, when he found and siphoned 2 liters of fluid from my lungs, and this summer (2019) he found pulmonary emboli (clots) in my lungs. I had been misdiagnosed as having pneumonia! He is kind, caring, listens and is a master at diagnosis.

Dr. Seidelman has been one of the most caring, compassionate and helpful doctors I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He has been treating my elderly mother for COPD and other breathing conditions. He is patient and understanding and has gone above and beyond in helping my mother transition to palliative care. Thank you Dr. for all that you have done for my mother.

While waiting for my breathing test to start during my first appointment, the tech was eating his lunch and his hands were covered in food. He did not put on gloves to administer my breathing test, and left greasy handprints all over my medical records. When I showed the doctor, his response was that I should be more understanding because the tech did not have time for lunch. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the rude staff hung up on me when I followed up and shared my initial experience.
