He was very professional and courteous.
I saw Dr. Seidel for a colonoscopy, follow up on a previous one, he was very professional and courteous.

I was referred to Seidel for gastric pain and was told (as noted on the referral) to get a CTC scan for mid range abdominal bleeding. He scheduled an upper GI endoscopy (camera down throat). Thankfully I actually read the referral and canceled the appointment. His office doesn't read the notes on the patients coming into his office. Beware

Didn't address the main problem, but did tests for another problem. All of my other doctors don't think my problem is just stress related as Dr. Seidel suggests. From other reviews, I believe that this group of doctors don't want to mess with patients who have medicare.

If you like rigid, arbitrary policies that frustrate patients but are convenient for the doctor‘s office, you’re gonna love this guy! No exceptions, even if you’re 75 years old & bed-ridden, we won’t make any exceptions to our fax policy. Not a good climate.

I was a Crohn’s Disease patient of Dr. Seidel, Jr for about 10 years at his old group practice, and a short time at his new affiliation with Christi’s Trinity Mother Francis Gastroenterology. From the beginning, he was not aggressive, as the nature of my disease is. Was very “lax” in the office visits, none lasting more than 5 or 10 minutes at best. I HAD TO ASK FOR PROCEDURES TO BE DONE, colonoscopy, endoscopy, dilitation, and blood work.

I went to Dr. Seidel with bleeding and he passed me off. My doctor felt that I needed a colonoscopy so the problem could be diagnosed. I was able to get in to see another GI doctor. The other doctor did a colonoscopy and I had ulcerative colitis! I would not recommend Dr. Seidel.
