Dr Schramm has always been quick to respond, a great listener, and has always made me feel a part of my treatment plan. His kind and non-judgmental demeanor is one of the things I most value. His nurses are also fabulous and I truly feel they care about me.

- Over scheduled and unless you have an appointment, you likely will not speak with him. - Needed help with a medication that was causing me to have extreme side effects. I only spoke to Dr. Schramm’s nurses and was given very broad ideas of what to do. - When weaning off of a medication I felt wasn’t helping me, I was given little to no help and was told I could just stop taking it, even though I took it regularly and it can be very addictive. - Needs to improve patient/doc relationships

Richard Schramm has been my doctor for 20 years. He is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. He has treated my depression and anxiety with excellent results all this time. Throughout this time I have been able to continue my career and lead my single parent family with only minor issues-just like anyone else. I’m very thankful for Dr Schramm’s expertise and support.
