Dr. Saygieth and staff were very professional, kind and courteous. They answered all my questions. Called me the following day to see if I had any issues. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - POOR VISION! (2)
(Part 2) My eyes are so super light sensitive; I have had to wear sunglasses indoors at work all day; had a canopy installed overhead to block light and glare bouncing off monitors which I was told would go away when I got these new, expensive lenses. I now have to see a cornea ‘specialist.’ I am so angry, regretful, and resentful! DO NOT go to Koch – DO NOT go to Dr. Sayegh! He chats more with his assistant than with you as the patient; prescriptions supposedly submitted to your pharmacy are never received by the pharmacy. You feel like a package on a conveyer belt rather than a human being with specific individual needs. Always rushed! I hope my review helps prevent someone else from experiencing what I have been going through for the last nine months. I only wish I read reviews before proceeding with the cataract surgery with this surgeon. My Lasik surgery over 20 years ago went so well; therefore, I really did not expect such a horrible outcome. Be aware -- be cautious!

koch eye dr sayegh
terrible, after cataract surgery my vision was blurry. he told me me it was easily correctible, but I would have to wait 3 months before I could get it fixed. I got the procedure and my vision was still blurry. I called them and told them my problem. They told me to get another doctor. can you believe that? iguess dr.sayegh washes his hands of his mistakes!

Awful
The place is a zoo. Took 3 1/2 hours for a two-hour visit. Dr. Sayegh popped in and out of a treatment room a couple of times and did virtually no measurements himself. He's like a huckster: "Hi, I'm going to make you see better" (Ta da!). They try to sell you an expensive procedure you don't need -- they even make you watch a video that they say is informational but it is a sales pitch. Dr. Sayegh is supposed to be very good technically but Koch Eye is the worst. They overbook to raise profits. It's a cataract surgery mill. Ugh!

All female staff was amazing! Very thorough explanation of procedures and what to expect before, during, and after surgery. From the time I entered the building everything went very smoothly and my anxiety melted away. ( even before the sedative) I had standard cataract removal on one eye. No problems whatsoever. Having the other eye done in a few weeks. Dr. Sayegh was excellent. But he knows this already.....lol. My sincere thanks to EVERYONE on the Koch team.

He was totally unprofessional, arrogant, and out of control. He made fun of the questions I was asking, laughing with his assistant, refusing to have a discussion about anesthesia. He was so hyper, speaking so loudly and forcefully, I asked him to quit talking and take a deep breath and calm down because he was making he anxious and I was crying. He wouldn't stop yelling and making fun of me. He treated me like I knew nothing about anything and that he did not have to answer any of my questions because he knew everything. There is no way I would allow a person that hyper and out-of-control to operate on my eyes.
