What stood out the most was Dr. Sawyers' down-to-earth nature and great sense of humor. He was incredibly patient, treating me with respect and never making me feel ashamed for forgetting a few things. His assistant, Tina, was also wonderful—she took my vitals with care, had a kind demeanor, and shared the same warm sense of humor.

Dismissive
Waited 6 months for an appointment with this doctor. Only to have her another awful experience. “You’re delicate, look just fine, and look put together” dude jeans, T-shirt, and pony tail are a normal thing to wear. Meanwhile I’m having episodes in his office. Just dismissed everything, talked down to me, interrupted when I was speaking etc. Didn’t take the time to review what my Dr sent either. If you like to be talked down to this is your guy. Otherwise go elsewhere. Also, their offices NEVER return messages. I’ve waited for a returned call since Nov with multiple calls and voicemails. Save your money and the headache of this “man”.

Took my elderly mother for an appointment...this physician was the most kind and caring individual I’ve witnessed in quite some time. Doctors can be ‘hit or miss’ with bedside manner...Dr. Sawyers set the bar incredibly high in this category. He was so knowledgeable, and didn’t rush through the appointment...it felt like a visit with a friend. Elderly memory care requires compassion, and patience...we will be sticking with Dr. Sawyers. He was amazing!!

I have seen several practices over the past year and Dr. Sawyers' was absolutely the finest. Friendly and caring. They, and he, took their time to get all of the information needed. They even had two reports faxed to them while I was there. I am an informed consumer and this was outstanding medical care!
