I have gone to Dr. Samson for many years. Have had two major foot surgeries and two minor surgeries. I do not regret having these surgeries and he did excellent work.

I had ankle surgery for a FX that didn't heal properly as the ortho treating me didn't make referrals prior to his retirement. I saw Dr Samson and he stated that he could correct my improperly healed fracture. My ankle has a plate and is not healing as the Dr. would like and mentioned that several others patients who had similar surgeries are not healing. Still in a cast 90 DAYS later and on crutches 90 days later. I have no co-morbidities that would delay the healing process. I came out and asked if there are so many patients who have not healed, if its due to their health or possibly he is not as competent as he feels/portrays that he is. I have an appt in January and I'm hoping the cast is removed.
