Dr. Richard Salomon, MD

I was truly disappointed with my visit with Dr. Harker. I waited for an hour in the waiting room before I was seen. Once in the room I was asked by the nurse why I was there. I responded that I was requesting a complete skin exam. Dr. Harker then came in an spent about 5 minutes with me. He seemed very rushed an spent very little time getting to know me as a new patient. I do admit that I have taken very good care of over the 70 years of my life mainly because I spent 25 years of my career in the Dermatology Department of the University of Pennsylvania. I have had one atypical mole removed from my body but was happy to know nor expect Dr. Harker to find anything new. He did freeze a Seb Ker off my back and I do appreciate that. I will return to Hickory Dermatology but request to see Dr. Salomon in the future.

Dr. Salomon is consistently attentive and caring. I never feel rushed by he or his staff. He always takes time to listen and ask questions. His patience and concern are demonstrated in his manner with every visit. I appreciate his thoroughness and that he is current on new medications and treatment options.

Dr. Salomon is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He is thorough in his examination and explains any necessary treatment options clearly. The treatments/procedures that he performs are done capably and professionally.

Very thorough and knowledgeable but didn’t slow down to take time to explain things. Seems to be in a hurry for a 92 year old lady. Has a good follow up and did give me a chance to speak. I probably wouldn’t recommend him to an older person.

Dr. Salomon is a great doctor and a wonderful person. I have been patients for more than 30 years. He has taken excellent care of me thru several skin surgeries and thru biannual check ups.

I've been going to Salomon since I was a child. My entire family goes to no-one else. He keeps up to date on all medical news and besides being top notch in his arena, he was made for his chosen path. I have no ill thoughts or words after about 30 years of using his services, zero!
