Dr. Richard Roetzheim is an old fashion doctor who does most of the preliminary exams by himself (vs a nurse). Dr. Roetzheim is very thorough, patient, and approachable. His level of care and attention to detail is the best I’ve seen for a general physician. Located at 13330 USF Laurel Drive Tampa

Very satisfied with Dr. Roetzheim; he listens well, does not rush, and is quick to ensure that all prescriptions, tests and shots are up-to-date.

Since this doctor is associated with a university I expect students to play a role in my office visit. However, I have been coming to this facility for many years and find over the years the primary care doctors spend less and less time with the patient. I have had 3 primary care doctors. The first would spend time going over the info the student gathered about the patient in the exam room with the patient and student which turned out to be a perfect learning experience for both. No longer.
