Good Doctor…Terrible Staff
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rison for many years and it seems his staff gets worse every year. They constantly cancel appointments, lose documents, and you can never get a hold of ANYONE. The exchange picks up and they don’t even answer and when they do, I leave a message and that message is never returned. Worst office staff I have ever encountered. I’m in the process of finding another neurologist. This office does not care about their patients.

Dr. Rison is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. His office staff, however, leave a lot to be desired. I waited almost 4 months for them to forward an authorization. Very unresponsive people there.

The worst run office ever. He may be a good doctor but if you can’t speak to anybody at the office it doesn’t matter. I have spent days trying to speak to anyone at their office. I went to their office and begged for their help with my 88 year old mother. Nothing has been resolved.

This Neurologist has seen my father in law a couple times. He has cancelled on him the last 5 times he was scheduled to be seen. This has been going on since Oct. 2016. He recently had a stroke, & was cancelled on twice since then. It's hard to say exactly how good of a doctor he is when he cancels on his patients repeatedly.
