Office Staff Dropped The Ball
I like Dr Pomerantz but when you are surrounded by nasty unapologetic people, who cannot apologize for their own mistakes, it becomes frustrating. I’d been calling the office for 3-4 weeks, almost daily, leaving messages, asking for records to be faxed out. I asked for a call back to let me know if it had been done and if not, why not and what did I have to do to expedite it. I never got a call back. When I called a different line and actually got a human being, I was treated rudely, and with great disrespect. When I told them that it appeared that they dropped the ball by not calling me back to let me know what was wrong(needed a release), I was told no they did not drop the ball. I guess as long as you’re going to see him, it’s fine. I was his patient for years. But if you need a referral out, they don’t really care about helping you. The office staff is horrible.

Dr. P is a wonderful person and a excellent doctor. He thinks outside the box. He understands how scary this can be and tries to put you at ease without sugar coating it. He has a terrific bedside manner and will always make you smile. I am lucky to have him on my side.
