The Dr was great. He was pleasant and talked me through everything. Only issue was the wait time. My appt was at 11:00. I didn’t get called to the room until 11:30 at which pint I still waited another 15 minutes to be seen. I only saw one other patient there so not sure what the hold up was.

I do not recommend Dr. Richard Perez. Spends no time with you and doesn't treat the problem. I went to a physical therapy doctor afterwards, and that doctor fixed the problem. Dr. Perez reports unpaid balances not paid by insurance company to the credit bureaus without first contacting you to tell you that you even have a small balance. I do not recommend.

Dr. Perez is an excellent Podiatrist. I greatly appreciate that he was able to see me the same day as a new patient. I was in so much pain, and Dr. Perez took the time to explain my foot problem with reassurance and in a professional manner. Thank you Dr. Perez.

Another review said shady billing, I am feeling the same!! I verified with our insurance company that we were 100%covered for the service my husband needed with a $75 co-pay. I told the office this from the very first appointment! They claimed that we had to pay out of pocket until the claim was processed then we would get a refund. Well after many calls and headaches it was finally processed and paid nearly a month ago. I have yet to receive my refund for what is now OVERpayment. They also a

Six months into my bunion surgery on both feet and the change has been magical. I’m still in the
recovery period and I’m starting a walking routine
without pain.

Me and my Wife have been treated by Dr. Richard Perez . He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring doctor. He takes the time to talk to you to find out what is wrong and then discusses and explains the diagnosis. He gives you the opportunity to make decisions regarding treatment. I feel very blessed to found such a compassionate and competent doctor.

This is a wonderful Dr. He has excellent bedside manners and listens to your problem regarding your feet and ankles. He does know what he is talking about. I highly recommend this Doctor for your needs, I have gone to others, as to which nothing was resolved. Book an appointment, you wont regret it.

It was easy. I called, set an appointment. When I got there, they took me back right away. He and his nurse were very professional. I had the ingrown toenail procedure done on both big toes and I was in an out in less than an hour. No problems.

I would recommend Dr. Perez especially to athletes who appreciate the usefulness of supplements and food as a way of healing. When I mentioned how vitamin B had brought about a dramatic shift in the nerve pain I was feeling in my feet, he did not dismiss it; rather, he encouraged it. Many doctors overlook the healing properties of nutrition but I was thankful that Dr. Perez was knowledgeable regarding nutrition. I was also thankful for his professionalism and clear communication.

I've had surgery done on both feet at separate times and the results up to this point are very good. Dr. Perez explains the procedures and has patience when answering questions. He has several locations making it convenient to see him. Would not hesitate in recommending him.
