My family has had Dr Papa as our doctor since 1998. He has always been amazing. Dr. Bender is also incredible. Very happy with our services with this Doctor and team.

I love Dr. Papa's team. When my son was born, he was not nursing well. New mom didn't realize he wasn't getting enough until his check up and he actually lost weight. Worked with the doctors on a plan to increase production or work on getting him to latch better. Still weight loss so suggested formula supplement or pumping to be sure he was eating enough. I don't feel that they are pro-formula at this office. They are pro-healthy baby, whatever that needs to be.

Little details count a ton. I brought my daughter for check as she is been not feeling good for a couple days. I had to get out of work at lunch time and bring my food with me. I asked the lady in the reception for a microwave so i can get my food warm, she says "let me check" and goes to talk to another lady behind her. Not sure what they discussed. She comes back to me and says: "our microwave is not working today"... really?? I rather take a " we preferred to not let use our microwave.

Wow said to give baby chicken bone for teething! Food at 1 month too. Totally ridiculous and out dated. We left after 1 visit! Also told to forward face car seat at 6 months which is illegal!

Zero stars. Horrible doctor! Super outdated info and puts all newborns on Rx fluoride drops which even the bottle says 2 years and older! My dentist said no way & can poison system. Pro formula! Makes appts for you vs you picking times! Did not combine vaccines properly, so your child maybe get 6 shots when 3 would work! My new office said they didn't have any batch numbers on the vaccines so what if there was a recall?!? Total disgusted with their group appts and hearing people's business.

We started here and left after 1 appointment. Not a friendly office. Dr. Papa starts babies on solid foods at 1 month! The CDC doesnt recommend it until closer to 6 months due to gut and tongue reflex. Does GROUP appointments with 2 other families present in their kitchen lounge: where you go over how youre feeding & their vitals! Definitely not pro breast feeding: suggests giving formula even for great weight gains. Baby was 4 weeks early & he said gained too much weight but later said its ok.

This Dr sat down with my husband and me today and told us that we should have our 6 month old daughter forward facing in the car and that he's friends with officers and we won't get in trouble for it even though the law says babies are supposed to be rear facing until 2 years. He also told us a ton of other crazy stuff. I CANNOT get on board with a doctor who encourages you to break the law.

Searching for a ped when pregnant, I spoke to his nurse. I asked specifically if hesupported breastfeeding and she said yes. But he is not breastfeeding friendly. U will fail at nursing w This doc. He tried to get me to supplement for no reason from day one and handed out papers on how u need to raise ur kid, bottle feeding everyday even wheb nursing. Had stupid little mandatory new parent meetings where he went around in a circle asking if u are following his directions and giving bottles....
