Do not waste your time using this doctor. Apparently, that cannot handle a simple task such as getting a referral from the primary physician. In this case, my primary had sent over the referral, and had told me several times they did. This office claimed did not get, and I had asked them to contact primary to work with their office to get the referral. They never responded to me to indicate the status nor made a proactive effort to resolve this issue.
