I would love to give a review on Dr. Mercier, however I can’t even get an appointment booked. I was calling for my elderly father who needed to be seen right away due to medical issues he was having but because I called too close to lunch break, I was hung up on three times by each receptionist that answered. When I called back the forth time, I was put straight through to the answering service and told that they were on lunch now and I would need to wait until 130 to try to reach them back for an appointment. I have never had anyone take a call, take the information, respond that they needed to check the schedule and then hang up three times in a row on someone because they were so worried about getting a meal. I hope things get better when I finally do get my dad into see the doctor. What a disgrace.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mercier's for several years. He truly listens and has a very pleasant doctor/patient manner. I'm never rushed and feel I've had a very professional opinion after my visit. My full trust is in Dr. Mercier!

One of the absolute best doctors I've ever had. He listens attentively, spends as much time as necessary to answer any and all questions. So I've seen Dr. Mercier about 25 times, for two major problems. The 1st was a pulmonary embolism (blood clot), Dr. Mercier's prompt attention literally saved my life. The second incident was acute myocarditis (inflammation of the heart). He showed up at the hospital with my file from 7 years earlier. Collegeville office is much better than Einstein office
