Facet ablation
I recently had facet ablation in my upper neck at the Spine Team Rockwall Surgery Center. The procedure went well. Dr. McPherson and the staff are great at this facility. I would highly recommend it to others.

Friendly and concerned
Although I haven’t seen Dr McPherson in a few years he greeted me like we were old friends. He took the time to examine me and explain to my daughter and I what he was doing. Being a medical student my daughter was impressed that Dr McPherson was eager to show her what he was doing. He suggested a few things she could do to help me and that made me happy! Overall a great and caring experience! Shannon the medical assistant was also great too!

I am the captain, he is the navigator!
I appreciated the information provided, what to expect, the conservative approach of the least invasive options, etc. He listened, clarifying as needed and made the statement that I was the captain and he was the navigator and I felt truly cared for which is just what I need for my severe nerve pain. I hope to find quick solutions with his expertise and guidance.
