Assembly line surgery
I called multiple times before my surgery to get some detailed information about an additional procedure I had agreed to and received no adequate answer from his staff, just a simplified, this is to help your glaucoma. Cataract surgery was one right after the other with no time to visit with the patient. I had a simple question about which specific technique Dr. Maw was going to use and I was told rudely I could have what I agreed to or go home and reschedule. This was after I had been given drugs so I agreed. Since then I have had difficulty with the vision in one eye. Dr. Maw's conversation at my follow-up appointment was dismissive and I felt unheard and spoken down to. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr is fine, but staff is awful. Charged me double what reception told me, then billing extremely rude. Bait and switch on price and just told me I'd have to pay. Never going back.
