I believe he is an ageist for someone who's interest is the elderly. Doesn't seem to work with your loved one.

Yes, absolutely! Very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he always made time to answer any questions that my wife and I had. We never felt rushed and he was very respectful toward us. He’s down to earth and very approachable, in today’s world, that’s a trait that everyone wants in a physician. Highly recommend.

Dr Mahr was one of my mother's doctors during her recent stay at Regions. My mother had a bad fall and hit her head. Dr Mahr was so sweet with her, patiently listened to her stories and got a picture of her medical background and current state in such a thorough yet friendly way. Dr Mahr also examined and assessed my Mom and called me to discuss her situation on Christmas day (her first day in the hospital) and addressed all of our questions and concerns.
