There's a reason you have to wait over a month to get an appt w/Dr Lieber. I won't go to anyone else. He listens to & genuinely seems to cares for his patients.

Three month wait for appointment. Day before appointment received call from Dr office that he would be out of the office. Was told to call appointment line to reschedule. Been on hold with appointment line for 30 minutes. Why couldn't they just reschedule me when they called to inform me that Dr would be out of the office. What good is a PCP that you can't even get an appointment with? Beyond frustrated!!

I give Dr. Lieber five stars, however, his staff is the worst I have ever seen at a medical office. My medication is now six days past due, and they haven't gotten back to my pharmacy which has called them and faxed over a request nor have they had a nurse return my phone calls. Every time I call this office, I am on hold a minimum of 30 minutes before anyone even picks up the phone to see what I'm calling about. Then they end up telling me a nurse will call me back, and the nurse never does.

Dr. Lieber is the most competent doctor I have ever encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain your diagnosis & Medicines, never rushes a person, is always so pleasant. I would recommend him to everyone in need of a family doctor. His staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired; the office is totally mismanaged: They can't call in prescriptions correctly (blame it all on CVS); can't find my acct; file my insurance incorrectly, hang up on people & are rude & nasty.
