Exam very fast and does not give patient a chance to talk; due to too many patients booking in small windows of time. My average wait time with appointment is 90 minutes. And it is not worth it!

Dr. Le has been my doctor for many years. I have serious medical conditions and he always knows what to do or if you need a specialist. He does have some waiting but when you get in the room you get more than a 5 second look over. He takes his time and you feel like he is really listening to you. Its hard to say that about a lot of other Doctors.

Dr. Le has been my PVP for over 8 years. His staff is always friendly and he is a straightforward physician that tells you what you need. He's always been honest and listens and answers all my questions. The wait time is long but I know that's because he's taking his time with and listing to his patients.

Made an appointment for my mom. We had to wait for almost 2 hour for her to even go in, wait again to see the dr. You need to learn get ur schedule together before anything else!!! Horrible clinic. Unless you have all day to sit around, don't come here.

Horrible people in the scheduling department and staff is over worked they never call you back. Appointments are never schedule and have to be rescheduled as walk- ins that take all day to be seen.

Terrible Experience !!! My grandpa's appointment was at 11 and we waited for 2 hrs outside, then they took him in. Right now is 2:15 when im writing this comment, my grandpa is still inside. But the worst part is the doctor is standing at the front desk and chatting with the receptionist. The phone just rang, he picked it up randomly, and told the person to hold on, THEN HE IS BACKED TO CHIT CHAT WITH THE RECEPTIONIST!!! HE IS SO DISRESTPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Le has been my family's doctor for over 5 years. He has been treating my wife who has some very serious medical conditions. He spends time, listens and I have always felt that we are getting the best care anywhere from him and his staff. The clinic is very busy for a reason, people trust him.

I have been going to Dr. Le for years and I see a lot of improvement, the staff is exceptional to me and he is very attentive. Wait time has improved significantly, the comfort of the office is wonderful especially the Veterans Memorial location, after renovation I didn't recognize the place. I think they have come a long way and I am giving 5 stars. I had no problems at all!

This doctor is horrible but I have no choice. I have medicaid/medicare. Every time it is at least a 2-3 hour wait. I don't understand it. The staff are just as bad as him. There are no bedside manners. I don't know how he stays in practice. He never truly explains anything and just tells me to not worry, but when it's bad he says go to the hospital and they will explain it. Who does that?

Receptionist is the worse she never greets you only ask for payment. Forget getting answers on billing. The doctor speaks to his staff very rudely especially if their non-Vietnamese. It seems to always be confusion you would think with 2 locations the office would be ran better. Over all they only care about money.

Go to someone else! Unless you like to spend 3 - 4 hours waiting on the doctor. Fourth time here, second check-up, 2 blood test later and the results are the same. Wait time is ridiculous! Seems like an average doctor so go somewhere else. First time I waited in the lobby for 2 hours then they brought me to the back to wait 2 more hours while he was out grabbing something to eat. I should have known then!
