Wonderful office and staff ...Dr L is so good at listening and helping with any issue. I've been a patient over 20 years and to his credit now live pretty pain free. Lucky me to have found him when my life was pretty unbearable.

Dr "L" is the best. Unlike any of my other doctors, he is always on time and always remembers me and my arthritis challenges. He has been a big help in my continuing a fairly active life style and working part-time at age 76.

Dr. Lautzenheiser is a very caring individual. He takes the time to explain and make sure you understand his recommendations and the best way to address your medical concerns. I have complete confidence in him as a doctor. You never feel rushed when you see him, and he also has a great sense of humor. I would gladly recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I are so happy and lucky to have such a caring Dr. as Dr. Lautzenheiser. He truly cares about how we are feeling, listens to us and doesn't make us feel rushed into leaving! He has sent Norm to IROC and that has certainly helped him. He suggested we order the balls for help with our hands and they are a help.

We do not spend a lot of time together, but, he seems interested in how I am getting along (osteoarthritis). The arthritis has caused back and knee problems and he told me who he felt I should go to for a knee replacement--great suggestion. I think, tho there is not a lot he can do about my full body arthritis, he seems to really care how I am getting along.
