Disappointed
Had been having heart issues for a while and no one could figure out why. Was referred to Dr Konstance was told he was “the best”, looked at my heart and said there is nothing wrong and he couldn’t help me. Fast forward 10 months later and I have afib and had an ablation procedure. Recently had an MI. A provider should take the time for his patients and be their advocate and figure out what is going on with them instead saying they can’t help. We know our bodies better than anyone else. Was disappointed in the way he spoke to me. No bedside manors.

I cannot believe anyone in his or her right mind would give Dr. Konstance anything less than a 5/5. He's simply the best and I hope the intelligent patient recognizes the prior outlier.
