Dr. Kiefer did a wonderful job explaining what my medical situation is. He answered all of my questions in good detail and the surgery he performed to remove my gallbladder was successful. The only frustration I had was the nurses I dealt with at the Hospital I found were very rude. They had an attitude like they hated there job and You were an inconvenience to them. I had to ask 4 times for pain medicine and finally got some an hour later. My advice is coach your staff on compassion and respect

Dr. Kiefer literally saved my life. I was admitted to the ER in April 2014 with a condition that had been misdiagnosed for some years by other doctors. His expertise led to the diagnosis of a rare cancer with subsequent extensive surgery. Though I continue to live with Stage IV NET cancer, I am alive with a good quality of life, and deeply grateful. I now live out of state but will never forget his care.
