Dr Kay is the most arrogant, condescending creature that I have ever encountered. My mother had a pacemaker implanted at Mount Sinai. He said that his office could monitor the pacemaker by making a separate appointment with a member of his staff. We went in for a visit and this fool told us that my mom's pacemaker was NOT working properly because he could not get a reading. I complained to Dr. Kay. He told me that we had to go because he did not implant the device so he could not do anything to help my frail 80 year old mother. If my mother's pacemaker was not working, this would mean that she would be in significant distress l at risk of death. After we left this creature's office, I raced to Mt Sinai to have the pacemaker tested to see if it had malfunctioned. Mt Sinai tested the pacemaker & gave me a reading to show me that the pacemaker was working properly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kay’s for about 7 years now. The best thing about Dr. Kay is that he listens to what his patients say. Appointments are always on time. I have had my daughter see him, knowing that he would help her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kay for about 14 years now and trust his ability to care for me. I see him for hypertension and overall cardiac health. I feel that he truly cares for me as his patient and that he shows an interest in my overall well being. He remembers everything I tell him about any medical situation I’ve had and always asks me to brief him on what has gone on since the previous visit with him. I have confidence that I am in the best of hands.

This doctor has the worst bedside manner EVER! He is not the next coming of the messiah I would never recommend him to anyone. No one should be this arrogant and pretentious.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kay's for over 25 years. Excellent doctors are hard to find and there are none better than Dr. Kay. Under his care I went from being very ill to completely well. When I am scheduled for an appointment he is always on time and 100% prepared. In 25 years of visits I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see him. It's a two way street; be on time. All in all I can't rate Dr. Kay highly enough. Richard Shea Cold Spring NY
