Assumptions and Suspicions....
First, I am African American. 80. Veteran, retiree....Medicare assigned me to Dr. Jordan's office in exclusively hispanic area.[??] I was met with stares from hispanic clients in waiting room, and cold greetings from office staff. Dr Jordan greeted me with suspician and asked why I was there...?I explained that I was new to medicare, searching for a doctor and wanted help explore in-home care options. He asked 'why not use VA...?' I replied, 'because they do not have in-home services, unless you are on your sick bed unable to move....' He disregarded that and said to call them again, which I have several times....I saw this was going nowhere, thanked him, and politely left....

I love Dr. Jordan I always have great experiences with him, it amazes me how incredible his knowledge is, His nurses Lupe and Osiel are great, always with a smile in their face, and always helpful. Receptionists are friendly, Always recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I was having problems with my hands feeling numb, having pain and being clumsy. My doctor referred me to Dr. Jordan to have a Nerve Conduction Study done. Found out I had carpal tunnel in both hands/wrists. He took the time to talk to me about my health and how to help the carpal tunnel. He did an excellent job while I was in his care.

This doctor is down right irrongant. He pretty much gave my husband a death sentence. When another doctor entered the room she was a lot more positive. I'm not sure if he enjoyed the bad doctor/ good doctor scenario. He then proceeded to ask us if we want kids. Saying we should maybe think about it so my husband can leave something in this world. My husband suffers from depression and he was devastated by the way this doctor talked to him. I DO NOT recommend this doctor

I will never recommend this doctor he is arrogant with not compassion and care for patients. My fmla paperwork required him to give 8 hours time off because of my diabetic sickness and graveyard shift hours. Instead he granted me 3 hour meaning that even if I were sick on any given day I'd still have to work. When I went to his office to request an fmla of 8 hours he refused!!! His lack of understanding of my illnesses and negativity cause me to have a diabetic attac in his office
