EXCELLENT!! He literally saved my life because he listened and didn’t blow off my concern like so many doctors do. He pursued different angles to my issue and sent me to other specialists when he thought it was warranted. Plus, he’s very personable. So very grateful to have found him through the Healthgrade app!!

Made an appointment about 5 weeks in advance for Dr. Johnigan's office. Took off work. Day of appointment arrives and receive usual reminder's (including a phone call at 7:45 AM). Ready to head over for 9:30 AM appointment. Phone rings as ready to leave driveway telling me that the doctor is running late and I will have to reschedule for 3 weeks later. I take an appointment and they call me back 30 minutes later telling me this time is now taken and want to reschedule again. I decide to tell them that I will find another doctor/office who cares and respects people's time. Then to add insult to injury, I look on their online portal later that day - their staff wrote "Appointment cancelled by Patient". What a piece of work these folks are. Doctor could be a miracle worked for all I know but I would avoid his practice. Just no respect.

Dr Johnican lll is very knowledge and kind. He finds regardless of how big your problems are. Rather it be 2 to 4 visits are surgery. He and his staff, autologist will see that you are comfortable and well. We have been patients for approximately 10 years are more. My parents and I. My dad Robert Krenek Sr. was evaluated, on his hearing, he hasn't heard correctly since 4th grade. He worked oil field all his life. That was bad on his ears. He started out a roughness and made it to Project Management Consultant over all of South Texas. Dr. Johnican and Dr.Chang talk to him about Coclear Emplant after years of fighting with hearing aids 2 of them." If if it weren't for Dr. Johnican he would never even talked to anyone about it."Dad trusted him. He did it. He has Cochlear Emplant and one hearing aid! We all enjoy see him have a conversation without struggling, and reading lips are watching if some one is smiling are grieving, or just talking. It wonderful!!!! There wonderful !!!

We were referred by our Pediatrician to see Dr. Johnigan. We had a great experience. I was worried about my son's ear situation. Dr. Johnigan is an excellent doctor. He did a small procedure in my son's ear. It was with no pain. He was very caring and very professional. He took all his time with my son. I would highly recommend him to everyone. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. One of the Best practices I have been at. Thank you Dr. Johnigan.

We really cannot say enough about Dr. Johnigan’s professionalism, humor, expertise and kindness. He is straightforward and respectful. He is honest and patient. The best ENT around no doubt! This morning our son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and ear tubes put in. How great is it that he was the one to see us through all the office appointments and the one to perform the surgery! I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I can!

I don’t think his goal is to find out exactly what’s wrong or look further into your symptoms. I presented with ear pain and throat pain. He looked into my ears and never looked into my throat with a scope. (Let me remind you that he’s suppose to be an ENT specialist*) He diagnosed me with TMJ, basically said I was grinding my teeth in my sleep, which I don’t. I got a second opinion and it turned out that I had lingual tonsillitis, had he done a scope based on my symptoms he might’ve caught it.
