Dr. James took care of me during my high risk pregnancy with twins. When I had to go on bed rest after pre-term labor at 31 weeks, he was really great at allaying my concerns and fears. I ultimately had a c-section and he did a great job. I can not recommend him any more highly.

Dr. James was choosen by me for my pregnancy.. Let me just say, he is a VERY good doctor. He listens to what ever questions you may have and answers them honestly. If you're concerned about anything he makes sure to give you reassurance and help with whats bothering you. He really seems to honestly care about his patients and their unborn child. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richard James! Love him!

As a high risk patient with Incompetent Cervix, Dr. James has always made my husband and I feel he had our backs.. From ultrasounds to weekpy.chrcks.and.cerclage.removal, Dr. James was always personable, honest, not surgar-coaty but always optimistic and hopeful... We had a scary few weeks.but leaving the clinic after meeting with Dr. James always made me feel like everything was okay.. He would smile.and celebrate our.milestones... Always let us hear our baby's heart beat for extra assurance..

I had just moved to CLT and was shopping around for doctors and came across Dr. James online, bad move! I scheduled a visit for Oct 2015, the visit was no more than 15 mins ( and I am being generous, it was cold and short, thanks Dr. James). I called as soon as I received the bill (Dec 2015), which was not itemized and it just had on there that I owed $342.00. Still waiting for a return call, I have called several times.
