Dr. Richard Jahnle, MD

My appointment is always on time. Dr. Jahnle takes his time to explain the results and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. He and his staff are extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Jahnle explained everything I needed to know about my upcoming cataract surgery. He and his staff are very pleasant to deal with and you never feel rushed.

Dr. Jahnle answered all of my questions and I felt he addressed my concerns. He brought up past procedures (cataract surgery)and explained in detail the condition of my eyes. He also showed me examples of a condition I was asking about This was very reassuring. A complete and thorough exam.

Dr. Jahnle is an absolute pleasure. He is happy, cheerful, always caring about me. He's very knowledgeable and informed. He explains in detail of any findings and talks about all of the ways of correcting issues with my eyes. He reaches out to my eye surgeon and together they keep open communication to better treat me. I have complete faith in putting my eye care in Dr. Jahnle's hands!

God help you if you have a situation that doesn't fit with what they're expecting. I'm sure the doctor is good, but good luck dealing with his vicious minions. If someone could train them in basic politeness, it'd go a long way to connecting people with needed eye care.

I do not recommend Dr. Jahnle. He is dismissive and sent me home with a leaking incision after the follow-up of my cataract surgery. He did not take my complaints seriously and told me to come back in a month. Had I not gone back in three days demanding help, who knows if I would still have eyesight in my left eye? I had to have emergency surgery at wills eye, and still have problems which I am hoping my new doctor can correct. I have no greater regret than going to jahnle for cataract surgery.

This is my third year as Frm Jahnle's patient. He always is considerate of my health issues but also my time. It is like seeing an old friend once a year

Dr. Jahnle is the only Opthalmologist that I would recommend to someone who is looking for an eye doctor. I have recommended him to friends and they are very pleased also. In addition to refractions, I've had cataract surgery on both eyes and so have friends and family with success . Dr. Jahnle is friendly, very easy to talk to, puts you at ease and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Johnle for ophthalmic care.
