Fantastic overall experience
This was my first appointment with Dr. Hightower and I must say, I was impressed. I’m new to the area and I was in need of a PCP. His nursing staff is remarkable. I never felt rushed or dismissed during my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Hightower if you are in need of Primary Care Physician

Dr Richard Hightower
I appreciate Dr. Hightower and his staff making time to see me for my emergency accident(fractured ankle). Although the clinic is always busy he didn’t make me feel as if my appointment was rushed. I also appreciate his care and concern and he also asked about my other health issues that I was not being seen about on today. Love the staff and Dr. Hightower. His personality is amazing!, I would recommend him and his staff for any medical issues you might be experiencing! Come and see for yourself and thank me later!!

Great experience!
I first noticed almost no wait time with an already full wait room. Then the nurse verbally set me up for an excellent experience with the Dr., letting me know what to expect on my care journey. I had barely gotten out the door when I received confirmation of my prescription being called in, WOW!

Good Visit
Normally my visits are pretty quick but this time it was a lot longer because there were changes in my health condition. Dr Hightower had to go over some things with me in regards to those changes and he also clearly explained what the next steps would be.

Polite staff. Professional visit. I got good care. I am concerned that making an appointment with Dr. Hightower can be more than a month out. That is the only reason for not giving a 5 out of 5.
