Diagnosed on beliefs
I went to the urgent care in Mullica Hill for a sinus infection. I have been dealing with sinus infections for over 20 years. I’ve had a tonsillectomy and septoplasty with post surgical complications, and continue to get infections. They did Covid and flu testing all negative. Dr Hendrix told me although they’re negative he still thinks that’s what I have because a bacterial infection is less than 5% likely based on “his beliefs” and refused to prescribe me antibiotics, even with my history. Told me to take over the counter meds, which never work, and walked out. I got a 2nd opinion from Penn medicine and they said even if it were one of those infections, with my history and negative testing, would eventually lead to a sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics. He follows his beliefs instead of science and evidence. I work in the medical field myself and he is unprofessional with terrible beside manners. Wasted my time and money. I called and made a formal complaint as well.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a doctor. My 18 year old daughter was having excruciating pain in her lower back, so I took her to Inspira and was seen by Dr. Hendrix. When he first walks in, he continuously asked how he can fix her back pain. Not knowing how to answer that question, my daughter proceeded to look to me for help on what to say. As a medical professional myself, I could clearly explain her situation. I was then interrupted by Dr. Hendrix and was asked if my daughter was mentally ill. My daughter is fully healthy with no mental illness. It was extremely unprofessional to ask such a question like that, and we will not be coming back to the Inspira in Mullica Hill.

Dr. Hendrix is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He has a great sense of humor ... I once told him that he was easy to talk to, like talking to a friend ... he replied "I used to be a person before I became a doctor". He is very knowledgeable and is quick to diagnosis a medical condition. I recently went to ER and they couldn't pinpoint my problem, but he caught it first thing, including doing a urine test when they had not bothered. I have complete faith in Dr. Hendrix.

Great doctor, likely the best in the entire area. Has always treated me extraordinarily well and I trust his judgment. Doesn't accept payoffs from drug companies as many doctors do. Has a healthy sense of humor. Has never kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes. Pleasant, professional staff.
