Good experience and highly recommended.
Dr Richard Hell is an extrovert. He is very likeable. And we like him back. He appears kind, thoughtful, in charge and wants you to do well. My office visit reminded me at times of one of my most un-forgettable characters, but that aside it was complete. I choose to remember it well. Procedure day he stopped by before I went in to the room, gave some time, and when done came out when I was ready to leave, having directions and glossy colorful photographs to go. Staff helps each other well. I especially remember Tim post-op going the extra mile. He represents the group well. Brook, good IV start. And wonderful empathic story I could relate to.

Dr Hell is very easy to talk to when discussing health concerns of a somewhat embarrassing nature with this extremely modest septuagenarian woman. He exudes sincere patient care and concern in the matters of his proficiency. I felt immediately at ease when we met at my first office appointment nearly a decade ago, and which continues today. My husband, a retired military officer with high expectations from all associations, also felt a deep regard for Dr. Hell.

A really outstanding doctor who cares about his patients. Very helpful with scheduling. He helped me understand some of the underlying issues and why he made certain recommendations. I have a great deal of confidence in him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hell's now for over 10 years. He is thorough and answers your questions with clarity. But one of his greatest gifts is that he's supportive, caring and compassionate, especially at the most vulnerable times.

For over two years I have seen severall doctors about my inability to swallow. Dr. Hell was unrelenting in solving the problem. He was kind, considerate who talked with my husband and I as we were partners in healing. He did a procedure that enhanced my ability to swallow. Dr. Hell is one of those doctors who exude compassion, respect and knowledge.

In 2014 I saw this Doctor in a local hospital here (Horrible care.). He took care of me, and had no issues with his service dog. In June 2017, went to see him and he was unprofessional, uneducated about the American with Disabilities Act, and was extremely rude. He didn't follow the law, or make reasonable accommodation for me. And his excuse? Allergies. In 2014 he didn't have these allergies! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Hell does one thing most doctors won't do, he adjusts his explanations of his findings to my level of understanding which makes my level of anxiety as low as humanly possible. He also doesn't mind my armónica sense of humor and allows me to be honest when I'm not thrilled with the way things might be going. To sum him up in a word, he is my hero.

I have been a patient of Dr Hell's since 2002. I have always been so impressed with him because he probably takes more time to listen to me and assess the situation than any other Doctor. He is very knowledgable, knows his field inside out,and is well versed in other fields of medicine as well. I have recommended Dr Hell to family and friends over the years, and he has never disappointed anyone who was referred to him. On top of being a first rate Doctor, he is a kind and caring person.
