Terrible. Did not care to sit and speak with me regarding my health and well being. Was short, very dismissive and rude! The receptionists looked scared of him as if they'd lose their job if speaking up for a patient being upset. Left with no information after my verbal complaint. Will be going to board. He shouldn't be paid for this visit. Would not recommend

I have chronic headaches which I have been trying to address for 3 years. For three years Dr. Hacker has been guessing, literally, at what might be causing my headaches and prescribing different medications. He has not run ONE test to see what the cause might be, the man hasn't ever even given me a physical. Today, he told me he "gives up" because he "just isnt helping me." Great doctor, huh? Maybe trying to diagnose the cause of my symptoms would have helped. Do NOT go to this doctor.

Saw this dr in the ER in Scranton In the treatment I received from him I would have recd better treatment by the Vet. No patients in the ER but waited with PAINS IN MY CHEST. Sad because he doesnt understand a rare illness I suffer from (CRPS) he assumes one is looking For PAIN PILLS. I INFORMED HIM I HAVE PLENTY OF THEM AT HOME. NEED NONE AND MY HUSBAND REFUSE TO GO TO SLEEP WITHOUT TAKING ME TO ER TO MAKE SURE I WASNT HAVING HEART PROBLEMS. This dr was RUDE and INSULTING..

He is a doctor who inflates himself like pufferfish, dismissing the medical opinions of my physicians specialists and belittling me. I also found a number of medical errors in his charting, including notes that contradicted the medical advice that he gave me in the exam room. Such a shame that he allows his enormous ego to get in the way of providing the best healthcare for his patient.

I trust Dr. Hacker completely. I have seen his concerns and treatment of close friends and know that he listens patiently to his patients. Through him, I have found such health improvement through his recommendations that I feel physically better than I have in over 30 years.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Hacker today and I am very pleased with how it went. His demeanor is very soothing and compassionate. He listened attentively and took copious notes. And he seemed genuinely interested in managing my healthcare. I did not feel rushed at all and he spent a lot of time with me.

I saw Dr. Hacker at the Hamlin Community Health Center. He spent all of about 60 seconds with me and was very short, dismissive and rude to me. No bedside manner at all. I am curious to see how much my insurance company is going to pay him for one minute of his time. I go to the doctor maybe once every five years for illness; I'm not someone who runs to the doctor over every little thing, so really felt disrespected.
