It took a week to schedule imaging. The Bradenton office said they did not receive my doctors order. My doctor, Dr Brian Carlson faxed this order 3 Times! When I was getting the image my husband heard another patient expressing the same difficulty. Yesterday I attempted to schedule another image which was filled out on your order form and was told by the same Bradenton office that they needed the diagnostic codes. I immediately called my doctors office and requested the codes be sent and verified the fax number to the Bradenton office. Today I made the second attempt to schedule the procedure and was told that they did not receive the fax. I was informed by Dr Carlson that it was sent at 3:00 YESTERDAY.. You definitely have a problem within your staff. I just now called Simon Imaging. One phone call and my procedure is scheduled without being placed on hold for 15 minutes. If you value your facility I would suggest you research your problem.
