Does not listen to the patients problems/concerns
Dr. Friedenheim is friendly enough but as far as listening to and hearing what a patient has to say, it is like talking to a wall. I felt like I was stuck in the movie, Groundhog Day, every time I had an appointment with him. He'd say the same thing, I'd give the same reply. It never sinks in because he doesn't listen, just talks right over you. I know he's an intelligent man, but his listening skills are less than desirable. One good point is that he has an excellent Nurse Practitioner, Ann. You usually get to see her every other appointment.

I would recommend Dr. Frieden Heim to anyone with pulmonary problems he’s very personal and a very good doctor

Dr. Friedenheim is patient, caring and very knowledgeable. He takes extra time explaining and discussions regarding each individual patient.

I had a 440pm apointment in G12. I was told that Dr. Friedenheim moved to 121(Levy building). I went to 121 & was told that he was not working out of 121. Long story short I was sent to the hospital & after extensive research I was informed that he could not be found. The receptionist at the hospital called the doctor on his cell phone. The doctor's response was to bad' I have a 5pm meeting. He has to reschedule becaus he was late. I was late because no one knew where he was. He was MIA.

This office is only out to make money. They do not care about the patient. I wouldn't trust them with a pet rat.
