I’ve had a few colonoscopies with him. He’s very thorough and explains the results to you after the test. I never feel rushed. I’ve never had any issues with him at all. Highly recommend

Dr Feldstein took great care of me while I was in his care. The staff is great and although very busy, made sure I was attended to.

Dr Feldstein recommended that I get a scan of my liver due to my weight. He has the machine in his office (making it easier for him to bill my insurance company). I had the scan and the young lady who performed the test said she would call me with the results and to schedule a colonoscopy within the next 3 days. Two weeks later I still hadn’t gotten a call. I called the office and left a message. Someone called me back to schedule a telehealth appointment with the doctor. When I explained my time is limited as I work two jobs practically 7 days a week she suggested I can do a telehealth appointment with the PA that very day. Wonderful! Sure have them call me I saidI am still waiting. Hopefully that report has nothing life threatening on itHorrible office staff

There are no words that accurately describe how bad this doctor is. He is uncaring, disrespectful, and most unprofessional. One star rating is one too much. I had a telephone discussion with this doctor regarding my gastric problem. He recommended a test which I did. We scheduled a Telehealth visit to discuss the results and the next course of action, but he never called. I waited several weeks and called his office to speak with the office manager. She had no excuse and said she would remind him, and he will call me. He never did. He never gave me the results of this expensive test. I consider him an embarrassment to the profession. Stay away, anyone will be better.

Met Dr. Feldstein at St. Catherines on an emergency basis. He went out of his way to keep me informed about my husband's condition, & checked up on us even when the problem resolved. Answered all my questions & explained all procedures throughly.

Terrible. No way to contact him. Office staff does not work-- phone= all prompts, then, "Leave a message"-- in other words, "Don't call us, we'll call you" Would never recommend him to anyone. Does procedures and does not notate all anomalies. Horrid ...
