PLEASE READ DR DUPUIS DISCHARGE DIAGNOSIS! If you check into the hospital do not tell ANYBODY if you are on an antidepressant. I spent five days in isolation for tuberculosis, which was negative. When I went to sign my discharge papers this is what Dr. Dupuis wrote: Anxiety disorder, Cavitary pneumonia, major depressive disorder, recurrent episodes, severe by history; Opioid use; paranoia, Bipolar II, severe with psychotic behavior. I WAS NOT IN A PSYCH WARD! Do no sign ANYTHING, READ FIRST!!!!!
