Doctor looked dsiheveled. Came into the exam room, looked at the information I filled out and said he could not help me. Didn't even ask me any questions. I have arthritis and he is a rheumatologist. I had to ask him to do a blood test. That was my appointment. I called 2 days later for blood test results and one result was a bit high. He said there was nothing to worry about. Additionally, his secretary told me he treated a disease that he does not. Will never go back to him and would never recommend him.

Doctor as wonderful, however front desk staff was extremely rude. Going to switch doctors for this reason alone.

Dr.Crane is a breathe of fresh air... I am a new patient who was suffering with a swallowing issue. I told Gina his assistant about my condition and he agreed for me to come in same day and he would stay late to fit me in. Last appointment of the day and felt so confident and comfortable in his care. Thank you Gina and Dr.Crane for restoring faith in the medical community!

I have been seeing Dr. Richard Crane for three years and we have developed a great relationship during this time. He is understanding, attentive and actually, honestly answers any questions I have. He helps me manage my conditions and takes great care of me. Many of the biologics medications that try to help reduce the flares are really expensive. Dr. Crane goes the extra mile to make sure my pharmacy gets the approval from my insurance every month. I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor

Love Dr Crane. I have been a patient of his for many years having switched to him when my previous Doctor in the group retired. Most of his office staff is horrible and have attitudes. The X-ray technician is the only staff member who is actually nice An important thing for me is that blood and X-rays are taken right in the office so you don’t have to go to a lab.

Dr. Crane is fine. His staff is horrible. They do not answer phone calls and when they do they are super dismissive and rude. It took 20 days and 5-6 phone calls for me to get results. Looking for a new rheumatologist? I wouldn't do it.

Dr. Crane is amazing. I decided to see him for a second opinion, and he put me on a medication that several other doctors felt was too mild for me. Four months later, I'm feeling so much better. Dr. Crane is thorough, has a great bedside manner, and his office is very efficient. I highly recommend him!

Dr Crane and his staff and clinic is top of the line all the way when it comes to dealing with autoimmune diseases. Unlike other doctors who just waste your times, Dr Crane focuses on the cause and immediately treats it aggressively. He is the best rheumatologist and all my colleagues agree.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Crane?
Dr. Crane is very efficient and reliable. He makes extra time to see his patients, I've had to see him before work and he came in at 7:30am! His staff is extremely helpful. Whenever I call I always ask for Gina, she listens and is always willing to help me get in to see the doc immediately. Overall, great doctor and terrific staff.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Crane?
Dr Crane was a pleasure to deal with. However, the front desk staff is the worse I have ever seen. Super rude, with me and with other patients, rude on the phone with other people, rude with the doctor while he was in the exam room with me. I am shocked by what i've just seen now. After the apointment, i went back to the front desk to ask where to get the x-rays and if I should pay a copay now or if they will mail a bill later, and the "lady" aggressed me for not being patient enough!
